Ormiston Town Development is New Zealand’s largest and most comprehensively planned new town, currently being developed in south east Auckland. It is expected that the Ormiston Township will have a population of 36,000 people by 2025 and become a thriving growth hub for New Zealand’s largest city.
The Ormiston Township is being developed by Todd Property Group Limited, a subsidiary of the Todd Corporation and one of New Zealand’s largest property development groups.
Ormiston Integrated Health Centre is in the initial stages and Medispace are proud to be taking care of the health planning, EOI, RFP, space planning and occupancy engagement while working alongside Brewer Davidson Architects* to design and develop a state of the art medical facility for Ormiston Town Centre, Flat Bush.
