Waihi Beach Medical is a charitable general practice organisation located in the pretty beach town in North Waikato, and owned by Midlands Health Network. WBM had worked with a number of providers to try to plan a new facility to replace their current outdated one, but had yet to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion after 12 months work.
Medispace offered to plan a new facility that would reflect the Midlands Health Networks unique Model of Care, have a sustainable business case, a realistic project programme and budget costings.
Medispace arrived at a solution that suited the Clinicians, fitted the Model of Care and could be delivered within a realistic budget, all within a matter of weeks.
