Roy brings a dynamic energy to projects while leading the team with a broad view of the project process and how this relates to the healthcare profession.  With a thorough grasp of the different Models of Care for each practice he applies these to each project resulting in world-class results each time.

Tony has been a successful independent health sector consultant for 20 years making him one of Australasia’s most experienced health facility conceptual planners.

Having trained and worked as a Doctor for 13 years, Tony has the background and the unique skill set to engage with healthcare professionals, and bring end users and stakeholders into the facility conceptual development process at an early stage.

Phillipa is a qualified Health Professional with a thorough understanding of how the Health system functions. With 20 years experience as a clinician, auditor, consultant, project manager and planner in the New Zealand Health System, Phillipa brings effective leadership and relationship management skills to the early planning process.

Highly organised with considerable involvement in client services, healthcare research and business development.

Jenni has the capacity to work effectively with people at all levels of an organisation – managing calendars, coordinating meetings & flight itineraries to make sure CEO & staff schedules are handled in a successful and organised manner.

Peter has 30 years of experience studying, implementing and teaching Lean Thinking Principles and their application across many diverse business sectors. Learning these skills from the Japanese founders through his 20 years at Toyota in Engineering, Production, Quality, Training, Human Resources and Business Development brings a wealth of knowledge in this specialist field.

Sagar Soni works for Orbica as part of the Medispace Geospatial planning team.

A data scientist and an AI specialist with an MTech in IT. His enthusiasm for the deep space of data sends him exploring for hidden treasures using machine learning and deep learning algorithms. A multilingual coder, his insights solve complex problems, including structuring medical data to enable digital recognition and classification. When he joined New Zealand geospatial company Orbica in 2017, he combined his AI skills with geospatial technology to develop algorithms that automate the extraction and classification of features of the Earth’s surface such as rivers, building outlines, roads and vegetation.

Will works for Orbica as part of the Medispace Geospatial planning team.

A location data specialist with a Bachelor of Science in geology and a Postgraduate Diploma in GIS from the University of Canterbury. He lives and breathes all things spatial and is a dab hand at programming too. He joined Orbica in 2017 following an internship in which he developed a complex visual representation of the movements of leper colony patients over a 50-year period. He’s a critical thinker with an eye for opportunity and a knack for practical application. Wielding all the digital trickery of the spatial trade, Will transforms dusty piles of data into inspiring, real-world solutions.

Grame has been involved in the architectural industry for 40 years. Much of that time was devoted to hospital and medical facility design. Graeme has excellent client relation skills and brings a practical approach to his medical architecture. He has won several awards for projects.

Rachel has a wealth of experience in all types of architecture. Rachel brings with her an appreciation of how good design can create great communities. Her enthusiasm for collaborative problem solving and an inclusive approach to all aspects of her work helps ensure good working relationships between clients, consultants and contractors.

Helena’s particular expertise is interior architectural design. She has experience working on a wide range of scales and types of projects, and enjoys a multi-disciplinary approach along with the opportunity to learn from other professionals. Helena’s love of colour and texture informs her work, which she sees as helping to enrich peoples’ lives.

After working in Melbourne and London Anna has returned home and is specialising in interior design for the Medispace team. Anna enjoys the coordination and problem solving required between all the user consultant groups to achieve a building which is both functional and feels good to be in. Anna focuses on achieving welcoming spaces with texture, light and colour whilst being practical for the specific user requirements.

After recently relocating from London Pierre has joined the team and brings experience from working on commercial mixed-use and hospitality projects in the UK, Middle East, and around Europe. Pierre has a balanced level of expertise ranging from small scale residential problem solving on site to large scale development, bringing with him an understanding of working with clients, sub-consultants and developers to help them achieve commercially viable projects.

Mark brings 40 years’ experience in construction related disciplines to Medispace projects, with qualifications in carpentry and experience in product design, ergonomics, spatial planning and interior fitouts. Mark has the ability to take the project vision and turn it into a reality - resolved to the finest detail.

Jason is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 28 years' experience in the construction industry, both in the UK and in NZ. Jason has extensive experience in the whole life cycle of projects, across a wide range of industries. Jason is able to apply this broad experience to your project in order to ensure a successful outcome.

Mike has been in the construction industry in one form or another for over 30 years. He has managed dozens of projects for a variety of clients, often managing the process from inception through to final completion. Mike has established himself as an honest, reliable and pragmatic project manager with many successful projects to his name.

Dan has been in the construction industry for just over 20 years and has gained a broad range of experience in project procurement and cost management. This provides a well-rounded experience in the project life cycle from initial feasibility to final account, to ensure sound financial management.
