Hutt Valley Health Hub
The Hutt Valley Health Hub is an integrated health centre and the first of its kind in New Zealand to have an IL4 Structural Earthquake Resilience rating - the only health centre with this rating in New Zealand.
"This truly is a great building, it has enabled us to keep working in the safest way during this difficult time. We are able to separate patient streams keeping everyone safe. We can even use the car park as a CBAC and swabbing centre. We always knew this building would be a great community asset".

Health Central, Alexandra
A new state of the art health facility for HealthCentral in Alexandra is currently in development.
Included in the new facility are two negative pressure isolation rooms and a dedicated urgent care area with ambulance access. Importantly, the new building will bring physiotherapy services together with a general practice, mental health and wellbeing support, pharmacy and dentist. This meets the strategic direction of the ‘locality model’ of the Government's health reforms. There are also rooms available for visiting specialists, consultants, counselors and other health services.
Ormiston Medical Centre
This large, community health complex was completed in late 2020. The facility includes a General Practice and a number of complimentary health services, including optometry, dental, podiatry, imaging, and a Physiotherapy & Spinal Rehabilitation Clinic.
Pakuranga Medical Centre
Pakuranga is a full service medical centre, designed to empower the patients health journey by optimising their experience to fit in with todays busy lifestyles. Focused on being proactive and preventative, the patient flow is designed for speed and ease, so families can get ahead of their health issues for an improved quality of life.
Wigram Health
Wigram Health in Christchurch is a large scale, modern, multi-disciplinary medical centre, which is fully equipped with treatment and procedural areas, radiology, physiotherapy, specialist rooms, Chinese medicine, podiatry, skincare and more services to come – Medispace was responsible for the fitout architecture of this project.
