Medispace started because of a conversation with a Doctor. They didn't know whether to extend their current practice, relocate or commission a new building. They didn’t know because there was no specialist advice available.
From there, Medispace has conversed with Surgeons, Doctors, Nurses and healthcare staff, from the frontlines up to Government Ministers, learning the problems they face and developing a methodology to solve those problems.
Our experience covers all expects of building health, working in both Public and Private Healthcare, with investors, construction companies, engineers, suppliers and sub-trades, landlords and tenants.
We’ve developed a reputation for improving healthcare facilities, with over 200 projects helping over 900 medical professionals and an estimated 1 million plus patients.
New Build
We take care of the entire development process, providing design services, project management, construction and fitout. By integrating the entire design, construction & fitout we create purpose–built facilities that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and the communities they serve.
Internal Fitouts & Refurbishments
We specialise in the hard fit out. Everything that's fixed to the building, such as lighting, plumbing, joinery, electrical works, can be altered to change the clinician and patient flow. Whilst we do not do soft fit outs, we can assist with educated recommendations for medical equipment and furniture, along with recommendations for sourcing these.
